Successful weight loss is not a list of rules, or a list of good foods and bad foods, it's an evolution - a dynamic integration of nutrition, calories, and activity which, in the end, achieves a specific goal and sustains that achievement over time. I'm 60 years old. I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation on Dec 5, 2005. On March 14, 2006 I came to in the ICU after an abortive attempt to restore my heart rhythm. I was diagnosed with right side heart failure. Non-curable, but livable. I weighed 351 (or more). My wife and I want to retire at 62. I am motivated to loose weight.
